How many weeks of not answering does it take for them to get the message? I have had one caller who has been calling my number for a couple of months at all times of the day starting at 8 a.m. Never a message left. Does the answering machine constitute an answered call? This Native American is a new one...wonder how long I have to put up with it.

Got call on my cell soon after my wife. When ? they said they are from on star. HAHA
