I just got a call from this number. The woman claimed to be a representative of the California State Government's solar initiative. She flat refused to put my number on the Do Not Call list and continued reading her script until I hung up.

Got several call from this number in Kern County. Caller ID indicates EV COMM. I did not answer and the caller left no message. Another Solar Company.
