Well here is a weird one,.... I answered the number when it called. Had the typical two second delay before the "click" and the lady asked me how I was doing today. I hung up and blocked the number. Just for kicks, I called the number back on my work phone and a different lady answered and said it was "Brandon University". I said I had wrong number and she said no worries (seemed like a real person with real number). I Googled BU and looks like a college in Brandon, Manitoba. The 661 area code is for central California. Very strange. Maybe the lady was playing me like I sometimes mess with the telemarketers, but it seemed legit. Anyway, just block the number unless for some reason you are looking for a college to attend in Canada.
