Received 3 calls within a week and I messages were ever left.

I meant to say "no messages" were ever left

Have received many calls over the past couple of weeks and no messages ever left.  Caller id shows the call coming from Delano, CA which could be spoofed.

I received a call if you days ago from this number. The caller said " hi, daisy?" I responded yes and she hung up. I called the phone number back and asked who was calling and how they got my information she claimed to be calling  to offer me a solar program. She kept asking if I'm still there when clearly there was no problem in our connection. She wanted to talk to me for 10 minutes to see if I qualified for their special solar program.  She hung up on me because I wouldn't give her the information She wanted.
