Got a call on 4/16/2015 at exactly 9:00AM PST. I did not answer and they did not leave a message.

Rang twice. Didn't answer. Didn't leave message.

Received phone call from this # 3/21/17 around 1230 and did not pick up because I did not know the number. Not even 1 minute later, my fiance began receiving a call from the same exact number, didn't answer and no VM was left so.... It obviously wasn't important or real if no voicemail was left. Marking as unsafe.
