No message, call back got machine with no info

Silent Call. Hanged up after 10 seconds.

This Call is  an automated system. It is a buggy system, that have called me 3 times days before the system worked.
The system asks you questions. if you respond with a YES, they transfer you to a LIVE person.
This is a refinance CON JOB  I asked the lady for a number to call back on, and she refused to give me a number. I also sounds like a call center in India or Philippines. After a bit, she hung up on me.

calls repeatedly. no message.

CRIMINAL TELESCAMMERS.  Buggy system, silent, sound activated, long delays.
