I received the call. But i had missed it.
When I tried to reply the call. It says
" Please enter the complete PIN number.
I did not entered anything.
Then it says. your number is entered . I disconnected the phone.

I received this call as well...661.361.1083.   Same deal, asked me for my pin.   The first time I hung up.   The second time I entered a bunch of random numbers.    I did a reverse phone lookup and found this information:

I am a Canadian, at 1238 PST I received a call from this subject phone number.  Called the number back and was asked to enter some number, did not.  A reverse search revealed this was a private residence.  End of story

I have gotten hundreds of calls from this number. I have my cell phone registered on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY, but for some reason this number kept on calling.

I finally answered the call one day just to see who it was. It is some company trying to sell prescription medications over the phone. The lady I spoke with could barely speak English.

When I spoke with this person they told me they were "trying to reach the owner of this phone about a prescription that had been ordered" I asked them who they were trying to call and they could not tell me. They just kept saying "we are trying to reach the owner of this phone"

I told them that my number is on the do not call registry, but they keep calling anyway. I just file a complaint each time on the do not call registry website.

Typical poorly-run call center pause and echoed 'hello.'  Probably an Arabic accent.  We didn't get beyond 'Hello?'  "Hello?."

Glad my phone complany has blocking!
