Asks for a specific last name and then if you verify, they hang up. This number is not set to receive calls, just outgoing. SCAM!!!

Better yet, don't answer in any way. That list works only against honest telemarketing, not crooks, political calls, surveys, fundraising, or bill collectors. Don't expect messages, most don't think that far ahead.
