Answered call, late pickup and noisy call center. Fast speaking lady introduced herself, but when I noted I couldn't make out what she said over the background noise, she hung up.

I answered. No one on the other line. I said hello and no one responded. Disconnected after 10 seconds or so. Called back and got message for an "Energy Efficiency Referral Company". Blocked the number.
