I just got a call from this number at 4 pm and it sounded like either a little old spanish woman or a dude making a girl voice. The conversation went like this.

Me: "This is (In Tx)"
Her: "Hello?"
Me: "Yes, This is (In Tx)"
Her "I'm sorry, do you speak spanish?"
Me: " ......... uh ... No"
Her: "Oh I sorry, I don't speak english. Bye."
Me: "Bye?"

Now there was definitely an accent but more audibly legible than some people who speak english as a first language. Also, most people in Texas are at least somewhat bilingual but who calls someone and asks that. It was weird. The end.
