Received a call from this number at my parents house and on my cell phone.  The caller told lies stating that they received my application and that I put my mother and an old (no longer friends) friend down as refrences???? interesting!

"Pat Vega"  called me from ACT informing me that i was a refene for my uncle.  She also asked about the relationship between my uncle and one of his friends.  My uncle is in his late sixties and has had several health issues lately.  "Pat" did not want to share with me the nature of her call.  She did, however, ask me if my uincle had been gainfully employed during the last year.

My brother in law received a call from 661-328-6669, claiming to be a job that i applied for, Girls name on vcml Patti Jacobs.  Called that # back and it is a collection agency claiming if i don't pay some debt thats not mine that they will come and put me in jail.

Has been callng my cell phone every day - no message.  This is a collection agency for student loans and government agencies.  I have neither but they will chase after relatives and acquaintances.
