It may be as in my case, the person is using your address illegally, or might have lived there at some point.  Or, as also the case with me, it might be an old (relinquished) phone number of this person's.

Got a call from this number twice in a row, don't know who it is. I have no debt, so this is weird.

Called with my name but wrong address,wrong ss & wrong dob. Said she would not verify who she was until i verify my info...ummm wrong answer. If the police have to announce who they are then youre going to announce yourself!! When she did she couldnt tell me why she was calling.  Ok, verify away.....Nope no matter how rude you are it dosent deminish the fact that you have the wrong info. She then says, Well we got it from someone you know...Apparently they dont know me too well...Sorry..check your resources again...dial tone
