Scammer. When you search the number it comes up with the name Permicerio, but I doubt it's him

Caller ID said Out of Area. Did not leave a message. Other websites label this number as spam. Number now blocked on my phone.

Mr. "Out of Area" is scamming *HARD*. Fakes two new numbers a week.
Fortunately, my AT$T white list feature pi//es off the robodialer and causes the robodialer to make 5-9 attempts back to back. I see all the repeated attempts in my call log, but *HA!* phone never rings.
