Called today, left no message. Phone said Bakersfield

Asked for "The person who has the AT&T account...I told him to unhand my number, never call me again, and that I was reporting him to the FCC.

Just got a call from this number with caller ID of "BAKERSFIELD, CA." There was just a scratchy sound, then a quick disconnect. I doubt this has anything to do with AT&T. Most likely a scam call being placed by a residents in one of the state's correctional facilities near Bakersfield.  Number blocked.

Fake energy savings call pretending to be from SDG&E.

Caller saying you could get "6 months free energy" and avoid a rate hike. Seemed fishy...
