Number actually came up as 011-661-291-8822 (INTERNATIONAL / OVERSEAS  CALL) Caller ID Name was "Unknown"...
Answered call and some unintelligible male voice with very  have foreign accent was saying something...  Sounded like a recording because it kept "talking" despite me asking "who is this?".

Most likely another TELE-SCAMMER from a 3rd world country.
