obviously, they are trying to scare everyone into giving their credit card numbers or bank numbers to pay a debt. Old people with not so good memories flock to this crap. I get a call every single day from this number. I never answer it. The FBI needs to look into this scam. I wonder how many millions they bilk a year out of old people?

i don't know how I an get calls from hp Sears when I just got this phone .only called a friend once. They never called my old phone. This is not right.

You can sue them for that. Its called harassment when they do that, especially if you are not that person.

They would have to take you to court first, and threatening such actions is illegal, and you may sue them for it, make sure you put them on speaker next time and record them.

Full of crap.  Your bank account and assets cannot be seized without a court order.  And even if they had a court order they most definitely would not be putting you on notice that they are going to seize your assets because then you would hide them.
