Time for a class action suit requiring telecom companies to develop call blockers that actually work, and requiring them to allow customers to change their phone numbers once per calendar year at no charge. These slime calls are escalating to the point of being a "denial of service attack" on your home phone.
Telecom companies can develop working call blockers easily, with the added usefulness of giving them the ability to instantly generate a report of the most-blocked numbers.

Aggressive and mean-spirited caller. He said he was promoting solar power. Very rude caller.

Installed a call blocker...will block 1500 numbers....just had it with the harassment......
