661-273-2368 calls all the time, but leaves no message or says anything.
Caller ID says "William Edwards" owns this Landline Number in Palmdale, CA.
Other than that, I can't find any info on this Clown.

Calls every day, leaves no meesage and never awnsers when called back. Shows up as William Edwards. Do not know who this idiot is.
