Same here. After a few seconds of recorded Spanish, I cut it off. CID on my cell phone was Llano, which is in the desert north of Los Angeles.

Recorded information regarding electricity bill they prompt you #1 only to speak to an agent to avoid bill issue. As for my number to be removed, reply from the person was easy to hit 3 and hung up on me. Call three different occasions put me on hold and trust me to a manager or ended up hanging up on me. Idiots should listen to their own recording that only gives you option 1, never prompts you for option number 3.
