I answered, said "Hello," got no response. Caller hung up after a few seconds. Likely another illegal robocall. Caller ID "Arvin, CA"

The Do Not Call list has nothing to do with these calls. These are scammers not legit companies. Legit companies go by the dnc list. Thank goodness for the block list on my cell phone. I have more numbers blocked than in my address book.
