A guy with a thick Indian accent by the name of Daniel called with "James Madison Law Firm", saying that criminal charges were being downloaded and paperwork was coming to my house in 4-5 days. He had my last 4 numbers of of Social Security number, and the address of my house as well as my place of work. It's scary to think these scam artists can get away with this stuff.

Same exact call with the deference of saying that i could go to the police station and pick up my papers, very scarey because the said the address of the station here in Detroit, What you think should i go to see if it is true.
know i am scare i am to old to be arrested...

Just got 3 calls in a row....Indian accent dude leaves a message barely understandable between his accent and static. Telling me he's calling from some law firm about a criminal case against me. I fell for some other scam claiming a "lawsuit being filed with the county clerk".....I paid and of course then found out SCAM!!!!

I received call from a law firm stating that Iowed a pay day loan I fo;d them that I never had a loan they kept saying that I would bserved papers to go to court and that my bank told them that it was deposited in my account.

This same Daniel Lewis person called me from 661-243-3215 stating that he was from James Patterson Law Firm and that I was in BIG TROUBLE!
