precall from telemarketers checking to see if there is an answer

They call three times a day and when I asked the caller to take me off the call list they strait told me "NO" and then hung up on me. They said they were some home improvement company.

All calls go to answerphone after 2 rings. no message.

Johnny was his name ..I told him I already had my house remodeled. Take me of list. He said No only way if they came by my house to give me an estimate. Then they will take me off list. He would not give me the phone number. I told them I will call police if they come by. He then hung up the phone

Sick of these people! I don't answer. If they don't leave a message, I block them every single time.
