I answered the phone thinking it was someone I knew.  He knew my name and address.  I asked if it was a solicitation call and he said no.  Then he started telling me about energy saving solar equipment.  I hung up.  Jerk!  Even if I was interested in solar panels I he lied to me so why would he think i would give him business

Well I am not a PG&E customer and they called me too. Jerks!
