Received a call. Answered. Thought it was going to be my dentist. No response when I answered, which is usually a good indication that a recorded message is going to click on. Officially blocked now.

Read "Palmdale" and I answered because I know ppl there. Claimed they were with So Cal Edison and told me how much my electric bill was last month and said they can enroll me in a program to save $$. Lied and said I didn't own the property and he says "oh ok" and hung up on me HAHA.
