They don't leave a message and constantly call. I called them back from my work phone and it wasn't anything.

There was a delay of about 7 seconds which tells me it is a boiler-room/telemarketer. Then Kathy got on the line. I said, "this is a recorded line and your telephone number logged". She hung up. I think this is the best way to deal with scumbag telemarketers.
