Got a voice mail from Morgan Franks at this #, following up a series of e mails with several people, regarding construction work on their projects. Not sure how legit they are, very strange ways of doing business.

Sent numerous emails and said we need to send a check to CAPP administrative services for $68.00 to do jobs with them.
