Me too, on the 14th. I'm in Texas. Robo call I would guess. Or "card services", they are notorious for calling from various places.

Cell phone caller ID on 10/13/16 at 7:00pm shows that this number called. My phone didn't even ring. If I don't recognize the number, I don't answer it. If it's important, they'll leave a message.
