Call came in as unknown...number blocked

Lady called claiming to represent CES (California Energy Service) and stated she was calling regarding our annual required heating and cooling maintenance as mandated by the EPA.  Very persistent (I hung up on her) and rude as she tried to dupe me into getting our HVAC serviced.

Called at midnight and left no message .

Received an call from this number, but didn't answer it. Did some research, and found a business with the name of California Energy Services(with an "s"), but they're located 400 miles from Palmdale, and have no association with this number. Pure scam.
