This number is being used by a scammer claiming to be the IRS.

Answering machine message left...claims to be IRS...Most important for all of you to know.  IRS never, and I repeat NEVER calls by phone.  They always contact you by mail.

SAME THING IRS, GOING TO SUE

I am the 2nd person in my office receiving this same call also in February. The automated message is clearly a digital voice reading a message that says: "Hello, this call is officially a final noticed from the IRS, the reason of this call  is to inform you that IRS is filing a lawsuit against you. To get more information about this case file, please call immediately on our dept number 661-208-2486. Thank You."  Evidently if you call to this number it goes directly to "Gary's" voicemail but nobody answers.
