left a taped message of Gov Christie not running...

I receive calls from this number daily, they are calling a place of business and when I try to call the number back it says I have reached a number that has been disconnected or is no longer in service.  It's sneaky on their part and frustrating because it disrupts our work here.  I want these calls STOPPED!!!!!!!!!!
