Total liars! I told her I am a licensed contractor and I know they are not licensed in California and they are total scammers. She said oh you're a licensed contractor - well lateeda! And hung up on me.

Spoofed number. Keeps calling leaves no mssg. Most likely scammer, as calling number shows it out of service.
