Called me again a few minutes ago. Did not leave a message. White Pages says the owner of this number does not want to be identified, and says the calling system is VoIP - RingCentral. The evidence points to a robo-caller...now blocked.

Another solar company. At least when I dialed their # the recording said who they were.
