Hey call with name unavailable. When you call back nothing

661 174 1588 Calls every morning.  No one there.

Left no message and got "this call cannot be completed" msg so it is obviously a scam. Block it.

Hang up on voice message.  but I'm pretty sure that Calls all day from this number and troubled numbers associated with it. Already advised solar panels not interested as we have a home owners assoc. and I am on do not call registry claimed they would remove me.  But no sign of being removed.
