BESIDES DO NOT KNOE ANYONE IN THAT PART OF THE WORLD SO ITS A SCAM CALLER...

NEXT TIME WILL REPORT THEM TO THE DNCL IN CANADA FOR AN INVESTIGATION TOO...

Don't waste your time contacting DNCL.  They have no jurisdiction outside Canada.  I received a similar call a few minutes ago with an ID of V31310320200016, most likely from overseas, with a secondary identification of 660-773-6719 (probably a spoofed number).  I never answer these nuisance calls.
