Your caller is nothing more than a foreign extortionist scammer.  Debt is civil, not criminal, so even if you had defaulted on a loan, you cannot be arrested and detained.  Block the number - you may have a number block feature on your phone, or assign a "no ring" tone so you don't have to put up with the calls.  Otherwise, just ignore the calls.

They called me 7 time oretty much back to back. Left me a message saying they were a law office. I called back a man with an Indian voice told me I needed to pay them $4,800.32 that day or police would be dragging me out of my work and good luck getting out of it. I hung up immediately it was none sense.

THIS INDIAN MALE CALLER TOLD ME I NEEDED TO RESOLVE THIS LEGAL MATTER AND I NEEDED TO PAY $489.32 OR I WILL HAVE A COP SHOW UP AT MY DOOR TOMORROW MORNING AND I WOULD BE TAKING A RIDE IN A COP CAR AND I WOULD BE DETAINED FOR 7 DAYS AND IT WILL NOW COST ME OVER $8000.00 TO RESOLVE THIS LEGAL MATTER

Just called by someone with Indian accent telling me I owed $8000 and I needed to pay up or he was going to have the cops come and arrest me at my place of business.  Unbelievable!  SCAM!
