Received a call from thid number saying they haven't talked to me in a while calling me by my name when I asked who it was they said I should find them on yahoo messenger to find out

The exact same thing and number.. i googled the digits to see who this person was and the results lead me here. That same number said the same exact thing saying its been a while since we talked and that i should find him on Y! msngr. this happened today though
