Calls but doesn't leave a message. NO response to "Hello" or "Who is this?". Calls at least once a week (for the past few months)

called at 845pm no one answered my husband is in hospital critical and i just got in from seeing him and picked up the phone without looking if this is obma care shut up or boradband shut up stop calling me and the rest of these people we do not want your services

Received call this am and when answered no one was there. Comes up Missouri on caller id.

Name only displays as "MISSOURI". I have truly had it with our country's do not call list. Joined a while ago and calls have increased 10 fold. Only have land line installed to assist with alarm company. I wish just once I could reach through the phone and spend just 5 minutes " talking with them", in my language Italian!!!
