it is united consumer financial. I bought a kirby vaccuum and this is the company they finance with. this is the number they call me from when i'm late with a payment

Agree with Laura and Mary. Actually just spoke to someone at the number to confirm. They were claiming I was past due on a vacuum payment that I just paid off.
