automated phone message was left on my cell phone VM. word for word transcript of the message "Hello this call is essentially a final notice from the IRS Internal Revenue Service. The reason of this call is to inform you that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you. To get more information about this case file please call immediately on our department number (657) 255-1344. I repeat (657) 255-1344."

Received a call from this number at 3:45pm today.  Recorded female voice started telling me "this is a final notice from the IRS" at which point I hung up as I know the IRS doesn't call to give "final notice".  Filed complaint with Do Not Call Registry.
