This telescammer also uses 818-527-4069 to try to defraud the public with his scam tricks. The more that posts telescammers here, the higher their cost of doing business becomes. Changing telephone numbers many many times because the old numbers got too exposed, may accelerate their exit from telescamming. This is also a spoofed telephone number.
