Any number that comes up with just a City and State such as Huntington B, CA is probably bogus.
They didn't leave a message and are part of a block of numbers bought up by Russia.

So I am going to guess it is part of the same credit card lower your rate scam that has been going around using any number they can to 'phish' with. Don't answer any number with just a city and state. Probably scammers.

Card services scam.

Another scam call. Every day they come from the infamous "Credit Card Center" using different phone numbers all over the Untied States. Thank goodness for caller id - I won't answer any call from out of my area code.
