This is a Solar company identifying themselves as Guaranteed Solar.  They start out by making you think you are qualifying for a free solar system, just pay them for the electricity.  You don't own the system and you don't get the tax breaks.  They claim that your not leasing, but it sure sounds like a lease.  Nothing different than any other solar business. Said they provided maintenance but when I questioned what maintenance he was speaking of, solar panels don't need much more maintenance than an occasional rinse down, he said repairs and upgrades.  I doubt that they are going to come out and replace panels when the technology improves the electricity production, and there shouldn't be any repairs if the system is installed properly.  Didn't stick around for any of the particulars since the caller didn't really know much about the systems themselves.  Sounds like they want to be a provider so you don't get the tax advantages or the net metering payback.
