The caller started with "This is a call from Customer Service. Do you mind if I ask you a few questions?
He then went on for about 1 minute non-stop even though I tried to interrupt him and tell him to take me off their list. He described a vacation I "may have qualified" for and wanted to ask some questions to see if I was indeed qualified. I told him to remove me from his phone list and NEVER call me again. He said, "I didn't hear you, would you mind repeating yourself?" I knew he was BSing me but I just repeated my demand.

I've blocked this number, but they have tried to ring through by changing the last number  1614, 1616, 1612, etc. The numbers appear spoofed and are in a string of robo-dialed calls. For Gail, who would like a cell phone blocker, many cell phones have an option to block calls that come with the phone's basic software. I just go to recent calls and add the number to my auto-reject list.

Vacation scam

got it's calls many times.

the caller ID said Anaheim, CA.  that's the wrong area code.  some kind of survey.  Tried to keep them on phone for as long as possible.  2:02 this time.
