I just got 2 calls from this number. First on my home phone, "you've won a cruise for two!". I listened and pressed 9 to be removed. Minutes later same number to my cell phone. Hmmm, guess that stolen and sold data by HR person is getting around!

Unanswered call. No message. I'm getting many robocalls from Southern California.

How is the government making any money on this? Unethical sleaze bags in India, using spoofed caller IDs to make calls from India. Where are they paying the money? The fines are imposed after lengthy investigations by the FTC and the US Attorney's office. As far as paying the fines and staying in business, many get free food and lodging in such wonderful vacation spots as to the federal prison in Joliet.

Make a complaint to the FTC -- violations are robo call, false caller ID, as well as DNC. You don't need to be on it to make the first two complaints.

Just called my CELL phone.  I am on a do not call list for home & cell.  What to do?

"Hello, this is Tim from the customer service department; can you hear me okay?" Then the automated fool talks over you when asking a simple question like what customer service department are you calling from.
