Caller didn't leave a message on my machine and the caller id said "Out of Area" which usually means telemarketer/scammer. So I ran 3 reverse traces using 3 different types of traces and all were blocked for a person or business name and the only information from 1 trace was a general location of Orange, California using the service provider of Time Warner CBL info SVCS(CA) DBA TimeWarner CBL. This is definitely a scammer that is spoofing numbers and looking for personal information while running some scam . A legitimate business would never hide their identity and location from the public by blocking a trace. DON'T ANSWER AND DO NOT CALL BACK FOR ANY REASON. Block and report to the proper authorities. Phone companies should be held responsible for these types of calls since they are making money from them by providing the systems and services that these scammers use.

Survey's that try to sell goods or services are not exempt from the DNC no matter what they say..

They called and I picked up which I rarely do. "Congratulations, you've won a trip to the Bahamas!" First and last time I'll pick up a call from this area code. Scam/ Spam!
