These suck. It calls my Google Voice number that forwards to my cell. Ugh But is this why 'they' needed zillions more phone numbers?

Caller didn't leave a message on my machine and the caller id said "Out of Area". I ran 3 separate reverse traces and all 3 were block for a name of a person or a business but one came back with the city of Orange, California using the service provider of TIME WARNER CBL INFO SVCS (CA) DBA TIME WARNER CBL. This is the same result for another number (657-220-1612) that this scammer uses to phish for personal information and probably run some kind con game. No legitimate business would ever hide their name and location from the public. This is the worse kind of scammer so do not call back for any reason. Block and report to the proper authorities. Nothing gets done unless there is a record of this numbers usage.
