Left this number to return call to Wayne & Assoc gave a case # to ref when I call......they claimed I missed a "Telephonic Deposition' at 8am and they were filing 'arbitration' with the court and they were time logging it as (date of call). Didn't give a court name that this was filed in, never received any mail, nothing on file with my hometown court..............THIS IS A SCARE TACTIC just to get you to call them. Saw the similar situation tried on other ppl as noted online. Nice try suckaz!!

I kept getting these same annoying calls too. And I just got a notice for a summons at my job this morning...is that legal?? Can they just deliver it to me there? Im trying to call the number back and now theyre saying they cant give me any information. Has this happened to anyone else??
