Got a text message at FOUR IN THE MORNING from this phone number...thought them contacting out of hours of operation was illegal? I have reported it to the FCC and believe me if I had the money I'd be contacting an attorney general. That is illegal texting me at 4 in the morning with advertising...

I just got a text from this number at 8:30 on a Sunday night asking if I need cash now? Then it asked me to reply "STOP" to opt out. I thought about replying with a whole lot more, but don't want them to know they've reached a valid cell number.
