Fund raising for police.

Unrecognized/non-local area code calls my place of business; I do not answer; no message is left.  Legitimate callers to my type of business leave messages.

Not expecting a call from Anaheim.  They did not leave a msg.

My phone displayed only "Incoming Call," no other information.  No message left.  Seems likely to be a scammer.

Since the call display said "Out of area", I did not answer. They did not leave a message. I do receive a number of calls where an authoritative-sounding man states that they are taking donations for the police widow and orphans fund etc. I have read that often the police do not receive a large portion of the donations made to these organizations.
