they call here at 9pm every night

They have called my house multiple times and have left a few messages  on my answering machine that are exactly the same. It's a mans voice and he uses my first name. He says, "Is Susan there? Hello!!! Is Susan there? Susan!". My caller ID displays the phone number and "I".

I have had the same repeated call asking for me by my fist name and then he hangs up . He has a southern accent .

Rcvd call on 9/15 @ approx 4:13pm CST
to land line I do not answer, except for the 2 people I have given the # to.
Caller ID shows "I" & 1-657-202-9033
Man with southern drawl left message:
"Is Susan there?...Hello?...Are you there?"...& hung up a couple seconds afterwards.

Yes, sometimes they are a little persistent. In my situation, I've always been the one who is initiating a response from Veterans United. But they always hangup after listening to my outgoing message, several times a day. As a rule, if I don't recognize a phone number and they don't leave a message, I won't answer or respond to that caller now and in the future. Of course, there are times when an exception is needed.
